Hardware
Windows/Intel:
- Windows 10 recommended
- Processor: 2.5 GHz Dual Core minimum
- RAM: 4 GB minimum
- PowerShell 4.0+
- .Net Framework 4.7.1 minimum
System and Accounts
- 2 x Office 365 account (dedicated to the monitoring) with an E3 license or equivalent with a Mail box
- Graph API Access and setup to Microsoft 365 services
- User accounts for Application being tested
- Active Directory access credentials and information
- TeamViewer or RDP access to the Server and agents for remote config and setup
Network
- The Agent must be able to reach the Hortium server/cloud on TCP 161, 5671, 5672, 1813, 80 and 443.
- 443 access to 51.137.51.194
Bypass proxy settings to the internet
Server Prerequisites (On-Prem)

- Minimum OS – Windows Server 2016 or 2019
- Minimum RAM – 16 GB (32 GB recommended if Power BI Desktop will import data from that server)
- 4 Processors Minimum
- 200 GB Drive Minimum
- Windows Features Enabled
- Internet Information Server (IIS)
- .Net Framework 4.8.x Full Minimum
- Ports (inbound) TCP 5672/5671, 80/443
- Local administrator account
SQL
Applies to on-premises
- SQL 2017 Database – Standard, Enterprise or Azure SQL
- User with db_owner access to create tables
- SQL Authentication (Windows authentication not supported)
- Connection access to SQL database (port 1433 by default)
- Optional, but suggested: SQL Management software, such as Azure Data Studio, or SSMS
