Agent Collector Hardware

Windows/Intel VM:
  • Windows Server 2019
  • Processor: 4 Cores
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • HDD: 100GB
  • .Net Framework 4.7.1 minimum
  • Local administrator account
  • Network Access to Voice and UC Solutions i.e TEAMS, SBC’s, Voice systems

System and Accounts

  • Graph API Access and setup to Microsoft 365 services
  • Active Directory access credentials and information
  • Remote (TeamViewer or Secure RDP) access to the Server and agents for remote config and setup
  • TEAMS, Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya and Ribbon requirements:

    TEAMS/Skype for Business:

    • 1 x account with user name and password set with up expiry
    • Account to have access to MS TEAM Global admin
    • Microsoft Graph API configure with Read-only access configures (ask Hortium Support for config and setup guide)


    • 1 x account with user name and password with access to the CDR data with

    Survivable CDR feature must be enabled. This feature saves the CDRs in a special directory named/var/home/ftp/CDR on the server’s hard disk. Then, we can collect the CDRs directly from UC Analytics tool using an FTP user.

    • 1 x account with user name and password with access to the CDR data with

    Call diagnostic = true in CUCM settings


    • Config Radius Server on Ribbons to the following:

            Radius Server –  IP address of on-site collector

            Port: UDP/TCP 1813-1820 –  Each Ribbon SBC device must have three ports associated:

                    E.g          Ribbon SBC 1: Port range 1813 to1815

    Ribbon SBC 2: Port range 1816 to1819

            Send Hortium the shared Secret passphrase.


  • The Agent must be able to reach the Hortium server/cloud on TCP 161, 5671, 5672, 1813, 80 and 443.
  • 443 access to
  • Bypass proxy settings to the internet

OnPremise VM Server Prerequisites

If required: Applies to on-premises VM/Azure or Physical

  • Minimum OS – Windows Server 2019
  • Minimum RAM – 32 GB (48 GB recommended if Power BI Desktop will import data from that server)
  • 4 Processors Minimum
  • 200 GB Drive Minimum
  • Windows Features Enabled
  • Internet Information Server (IIS)
  • .Net Framework 4.8.x Full Minimum
  • Ports (inbound) TCP 5672/5671, 80/443
  • Local administrator account


Applies to on-premises

  • SQL 2019 Database – Standard, Enterprise or Azure SQL
  • User with db_owner access to create tables
  • SQL Authentication (Windows authentication not supported)
  • Connection access to SQL database (port 1433 by default)
  • Optional, but suggested: SQL Management software, such as Azure Data Studio, or SSMS
